My ideal/real resolutions for 08-09

this is my ideal new year’s eve….

this is my real new year’s eve.

here are my ideal/real resolutions for 08-09:

  1. IDEAL: goto gym, get in shape, lose 10lbs. REAL: goto the gym and balance out the money i’m spending on my membership with a gratuitous use of their free stuff that i would regularly buy. they have free coffee, bananas, shampoo, hair dryers, a big screen tv, filtered water….plus, for just 25 more bucks a month, i can get a locker w/ my name on it and they’ll do my laundry.
  2. IDEAL: eat healthy. REAL: don’t eat out of vending machines.
  3. IDEAL: manage stress levels at work in healthy, positive ways (see resolutions #1 & #2). REAL: buy myself a PSP.
  4. IDEAL: build any kind of a savings for emergencies, or even a vacation…also pay down debt. REAL: buy myself a PSP.
  5. IDEAL: post insightful, humorous content to my blog on a regular basis. REAL: continue to reblog in between PSP sessions.
